What You Will Actually Do

Talent Booker & Marketing Executive

Market & Prospect: Reach out to brands, advertising agencies and event organisers, follow up leads and build your own client base.

Pitch the Talent: Read the client’s brief, then shortlist models and send comp cards and self-tapes within 12 to 24 hours.

Close & Hit Target: Negotiate rates, usage rights and terms, confirm bookings in writing and reach your monthly target.

Manage the Job: Run each project end to end, from events and shoots to arranging videographers, studios, venues and equipment, and be on the ground so everything runs on schedule.

Videographer & Video Editor

Shoot: Event highlights, fashion shows, model look tests and behind-the-scenes content.

Edit & Post: Full video editing, from cuts, colour, music and subtitles to Reels, TikTok and YouTube uploads that grow our audience.

Design: Comp cards, pitch decks, thumbnails and social graphics.

Manage Media: Organise the agency’s video and photo library, ready for clients and marketing.

Admin & Social Media Executive

Documents & Billing: Quotations, invoices, contracts, payment follow-ups, filing and the talent database.

Vendor Coordination: Book and confirm vendors and suppliers, track deliverables and keep vendor records updated.

Social Media: Schedule posts, reply to enquiries and DMs, and pass hot leads to the booking team.
